A qualified carpenter and Quantity Surveyor, with an NVQ in Civil Engineering, he offers a well-rounded understanding of construction from both a technical and commercial perspective.

Starting his career as a qualified carpenter, Jack developed a deep understanding of craftsmanship, construction detailing and quality delivery. Since then, he has progressed into senior project management roles, successfully leading complex projects across London, including luxury private residences and high-profile commercial schemes with values exceeding £50 million.

Having worked within some of the industry's most structured construction environments, Jack recognised an opportunity to bring the same level of professionalism, planning and delivery standards to the high-end residential sector. This vision became the foundation of Rosewood.
