Beginning his career as a bench joiner, Dean developed a meticulous eye for detail and an appreciation for quality that continues to shape his approach today. He later progressed into carpentry, gaining valuable hands-on experience across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects before moving into construction management.

As Project Director, Dean is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring works are carefully coordinated, programmes are maintained, and the highest standards of workmanship are achieved throughout every stage of construction. His practical understanding of the build process allows him to anticipate challenges early, manage complex site operations effectively, and maintain a seamless experience for clients.
