Andrew is an experienced construction professional with a strong track record of delivering high-end residential projects and complex commercial conversions.

Having started his career in carpentry, Andrew developed a practical understanding of construction, quality workmanship and the importance of attention to detail. This hands-on experience has provided a strong foundation for his progression into site and project management, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from both a technical and delivery perspective.

Over the course of his career, Andrew has successfully managed a wide range of projects, including luxury residential refurbishments, bespoke fit-outs and commercial conversion schemes. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and programme management through to site delivery and final handover.

As Construction Manager, Andrew works closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards. His organised, proactive approach and commitment to quality help ensure every Rosewood project is completed with the care, precision and attention to detail that clients expect.
