With a traditional contract, the design team and contractor are appointed separately. Under Design & Build, one contractor manages both the design and construction, creating clearer communication, greater programme certainty and a more streamlined delivery process.

Depending on the project, we can provide appropriate warranties and guarantees, including structural warranties where required, alongside manufacturer warranties for installed products and systems.
