Barway Road is a high-specification 580m² new-build home in Cambridgeshire, designed and constructed by Rosewood's in-house team. With a project value of approximately £1 million, the property was created to deliver exceptional levels of quality, comfort and contemporary living, combining premium materials with carefully considered detailing throughout. The project showcases Rosewood's ability to manage and deliver large-scale bespoke residential developments from concept through to completion.
Delivering a property of this scale and specification required meticulous planning, coordination and quality control at every stage of construction. From the building envelope through to the final finishes, every element needed to meet the highest standards expected of a luxury family home. Rosewood managed the project from the ground up, maintaining a consistent focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the build. Bespoke Origin windows and doors were incorporated across the property, providing high levels of performance while maximising natural light and strengthening the connection between internal and external spaces. Externally, a combination of K Rend and cedar cladding was used to create a contemporary façade with warmth, texture and durability. Sustainability was also embedded within the design through the incorporation of an air source heat pump, helping to improve the property's energy efficiency and reduce long-term operational costs.
