Can you manage client-appointed specialist suppliers?

Yes. We integrate specialist suppliers into the overall sequence, ensuring their information, access and installation dates align with the programme.

How do you protect completed finishes?

Finished areas are inspected, protected and carefully managed as subsequent trades progress through the property.

Can the property remain occupied during a fit-out?

This depends on the extent of work and service interruptions. Smaller projects may be phased, while complete fit-outs are generally easier with the property vacant.

When should a fit-out contractor be appointed?

Early involvement helps resolve interfaces, buildability, procurement lead times, cost and programme risks before the interior design is fully fixed.

At Rosewood Contracting we specialise in new builds, extensions, and listed buildings within the Home Counties, including Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and surrounding areas.
